Evictions Moratorium has ended! What does the future hold?

For many months, there has been a moratorium on evictions and foreclosures in our nation. Covid has hit many people in many ways, and a lot of people were unable to pay their rent/mortgage. In response, the government put out a moratorium on landlords evicting tenants. However, all of that changed last Saturday. In this episode Craig and Kevin break down what that means and give some predictions of what that will look like on into the future.
